The MVADS 2023 Scientific Advisory Panel require authors to submit a one page abstract for each paper they wish to be considered for inclusion in the oral and/or poster programs during MVADS 2023. The one page abstract should contain sufficient information for the committee to be able to make a valid decision as to the intrinsic merit of the paper and its relevance to the aims of the conference. Authors should indicate on the reply form whether they prefer oral or poster presentation. Proposals are also invited for panel discussions and special workshops – these special sessions may be scheduled during the daytime conference timetable or alternatively can be allocated as either breakfast or evening sessions.
Abstract proposals should be sent for the attention of John Herriot at MEDICONmm (MVADS 2023 Conference Organisers). Authors should send their abstract(s) using the Call for Participation Reply Form below or by e-mail to John Herriot (please attach abstracts as Word documents).
Closing date for submissions intended for oral presentation: TBC. Authors will be informed of the status of their contribution(s) within 5 working days. Closing date for submissions intended for late-breaker oral and poster presentation: TBC.
Abstracts of all papers to be presented (oral and poster) will be included on a USB device which will be distributed to delegates on registration.
All non-invited speakers will be expected to register as delegates to MVADS 2023. Registration will require speakers to pay a registration fee to attend the conference. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of each non-invited speaker and no direct compensation is awarded for speakers at MVADS 2023. Your submission of an abstract testifies to the fact that you will accept these financial conditions.
