Registration
Delegates should register for MVADS 2025 by completing the form within the registration section. The completed Conference Registration Form plus payment (payment in £ Pounds Sterling) should be sent to the MVADS 2025 Conference Manager – Caroline Sumner at MEDICONmm. The MVADS 2025 Conference Registration Desk will be open from 8.00am on Tuesday 8th April 2025.
Venue & Accommodation
MVADS 2025 will be held at Sir Charles Wilson Building, University of Glasgow, Glasgow, Scotland, UK.

Please note that the MVADS 2025 conference organizers will not be recommending any specific hotels in Glasgow.
April can be a busy time in Glasgow and it is recommended that MVADS 2025 delegates book their accommodation without delay.
IMPORTANT: MEDICONmm advise all delegates to deal directly with the conference hotels and not to go through any third party booking agencies.
MEDICONmm have no arrangements with any third party accommodation booking agencies and we strongly advice delegates not to enter into arrangements with any such organizations and not to pay any fees in advance for accommodation.
MEDICONmm cannot be held responsible for any accommodation bookings made through third parties. If delegates have any queries on accommodation bookings they should contact MEDICONmm directly.
Publication
A USB storage device containing the final programme and abstracts of all presentations, oral and poster, will be distributed to delegates when they register at the conference.
Table Top Exhibition
Table Top Exhibition space is available at the meeting. Exhibitors can showcase their products or services by reserving a table top exhibit. The exhibit area will be located where all refreshments breaks will be taken to ensure maximum traffic of conference delegates. If you are registering for the conference, you can reserve a table for £2250. If you do not wish to attend the conference sessions, you can reserve a table for £3950 (includes admission to all meals/receptions by one company representative).
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to have additional representatives on your table top exhibit there will be an additional charge levied per head. Please contact the Conference Manager for this additional price.

Delegate Pack Insert Service
Company literature/brochures/conference brochures may be distributed to delegates as part of the documentation issued on arrival/registration. One insertion in the MVADS 2025 delegate pack is priced at £550. Please make your booking and payment using the relevant section on the Delegates Registration Form within the registration section. All general enquiries regarding Delegate Pack Insertion services at MVADS 2025 should be directed to John Herriot at MEDICONmm.
PLEASE NOTE: Literature for distribution to MVADS 2025 delegates is subject to approval by the conference organizers.
Insurance & Postponement / Rearrangement & Cancellation
Delegates should be aware that MEDICONmm reserve the right to postpone/rearrange the event if prevailing circumstances dictate such a course of action by the organisers. The event organisers will not be liable to delegates to the extent that any loss or failure that is caused by a force majeure event. Such an event would mean any cause beyond the organisers reasonable control.
The organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal accident or damage to the private property of participants at MVADS 2025. The organizers strongly urge participants to ensure they have adequate travel and personal insurance cover before they depart for the conference. The organizers cannot be held liable for any costs incurred should the conference be postponed/rearranged/cancelled for any reason. Maximum notice of postponement/rearrangement/cancellation will be given by the organizers to all pre-registered delegates.
Programme
The MVADS 2025 Scientific Advisory Panel and the MVADS 2025 Conference Organizers reserve the right to alter any part of the published conference programme if this is necessitated by any circumstances outside their control. All efforts will be made to keep any such changes to a minimum. The programme published in the brochure was correct at the time of going to press.
Cannot Attend?
If you and your colleagues are unable to attend the conference, the conference materials (abstracts, speaker handouts, late abstracts, attendee list, pack materials and literature) are available for purchase. While not intended as a substitute for actual attendance, these materials would at least provide a documentary record of the event and allow you to keep you or your organization’s library up to date. The cost of providing this non-attendee package is £375 (including postage and packing).
